Milan Community Fair Parade and Fireworks 
This Thursday marks the kick-off of the Milan Community Fair
A parade is scheduled for Thursday at 6:30 pm. There will be road closures in the Downtown area during the parade. The parade will travel south on Marvin from the Middle School, west on Main, and south on Wabash into Wilson Park.
There is no parking Downtown from 5:00-7:00pm on Thursday.
There is a fireworks display scheduled for Friday night at 10:05 pm. Wabash Street between Main and Neckel Court will be closed shortly after 7:00pm. Should weather become an issue Friday night, the rain date for the fireworks is Saturday night at 10:05 pm.
Saturday is the first Saturday in June, therefore there will be a normal/routine tornado siren test at noon. This is only a test.

Milan Police and Reserve Officers will be working throughout the three day event, and will be assisting with traffic control and direction during the parade and fireworks.
Motorists should expect delays and be cautous of pedestrians in and around the Fair events.
