FTPD welcomes Special Officer Class II Kevin Richards and save the date for the 1st annual D.A.R.E Community Day 
FTPD welcomes Special Officer Class II Kevin Richards. Officer Richards is a lifetime Franklin Township resident having attended FT elementary school, NHHS and RVCC. Oficer Richards graduated from the Ocean County Police Academy on May 21, 2013. He was also a part of the 1st Franklin Township D.A.R.E. graduating class.
Also, save the date for the the first annual D.A.R.E. Community Day. The event will be held on Sept. 28, 2013 at the Clinton Elks from 1pm-5pm. Watch for details on the Franklin Township Website www.Franklin-twp.org
