Thieves at work in Giles County 
The Giles County Sheriff's Department is advising all citizens to secure your outdoor equipment and your buildings. The office has recently received a large increase in reports of ATV, lawn mower, outdoor equipment and power tool equipment thefts in Giles County. We strongly urge citizens to record their serial numbers and VIN numbers and apply some type of owner applied number to their belongings. Also, pictures would be a great help to law enforcement if the items were to be stolen.

Anyone having information on the person or persons stealing these types of items are asked to call the Sheriff's Office at 931-363-2460. If anyone approaches you with these items for sale we would also like to be notified.
