Large Fire Drill at Northstar on Friday June 14th from 8AM to 5PM. Watch out for fire engines and personnel. 
Northstar residents, visitors and employees: On June 14th from 8AM to 5PM several fire agencies will be conducting a large scale fire drill at Northstar. The drill will consist of fire engines and firefighters from several local, state and federal agencies. The purpose of the drill is to increase the efficiency and coordination between fire agencies during a large scale wildland fire.
Please be on the look out for fire apparatus and personnel. Every effort will be made to lessen their impact on the community. Areas of the community that will see the most impact will be the Castle Peak parking area, the dirt road above Skidder Trail, the Indian Hills Condominiums and Highlands View Road at the 500 Road near Sawmill Reservoir.
