Citizen Robbery

On 6/13/13 at 6:30pm officers responded to the area of Summit View and Ridgemere Crossing, Laurel, MD in reference to an armed robbery that had just occurred. Arriving officers located two victims, a male and female who were standing outside the entrance of 3405 Holly Creek Dr. The victims advised that they were at the location to meet a male subject in reference to obtaining an apartment. Shortly after arriving at the complex the suspect and two additional suspects announced a robbery. One suspect displayed a handgun and demanded money and cell phones. The suspects requested that the male victim lay down on the ground on his stomach. Once on the ground the suspects went through the victims pockets and took a wallet with U.S Currency as well as two cell phones. After the suspects took the items they fled the area.
Suspect #1 fled in a red Ford Explorer;
Suspect #2 fled in a black Mercedes SUV; and
Suspect #3 fled on foot in unknown direction.
Suspect #1 – B-M, 5’9”, thin build, black due rag, gray shirt, black shorts, driving a red Ford Explorer.
Suspect #2 – B-M, 5’2”, red shirt, black due rag, driving a black Mercedes SUV.
Suspect #3 – B-M 5’9”, green shirt, black due rag, possessed the handgun
