Traffic Advisory for Saturday, June 15th, 2013 affecting Routes 50, 97, 170, & 176 from 9 am to noon.. 
TRAFFIC ADVISORY
On Saturday, June 15, 2013, the annual Burn Foundation motorcycle ride for charity will occur and may impact traffic along Dorsey Road, Telegraph Rd (MD Route 170), Route 100 east, I-97 South, and Route 50 east to the Bay Bridge. The event will take place from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.
The Anne Arundel County Police Department is not providing an escort for this event, but will provide traffic control at fixed posts to alleviate any potential traffic problems on Dorsey Road at Route 170 and at Route 170 at the intersection with Route 100.
Motorists traveling westbound in the area of Dorsey Road, Telegraph Road, Route 100 east, I-97 south and Route 50 east to the bay bridge should be aware of heavy traffic due to this event. Motorists should also expect a large amount of motorcyclists on the roadway and should proceed with caution.
The Anne Arundel County Police Department understands that the roadways used in this event are major thoroughfares through Anne County. Therefore, we will work diligently to prevent avoidable traffic delays during the event.
