Sgt. Dustin Albright arrested Vlado Mark Onigishin Sibinovsky, age 26, of Enid, Oklahoma last night after Sibinovski admitted to engaging in sexually explicit conversations with a person he believed to be a 14 year old female.

The arrest was the result of an undercover online investigation that started on May 30, 2013. Sibinovski engaged in an online explicit and sexual conversation with a subject that he believed to be a 14 year old female. Sibinovski was subsequently arrested after being interviewed at the Enid Police Department by Sgt. Albright.

Sibinovski was charged with Soliciting Sexual Conduct or Communicating with a Minor by use of Technology. He is being held at the Garfield County Detention Facility.
