Discoloration/OdorTaste of City of Nederland Water is not a health concern. See email for further info. 
For the past several days, "odor/discoloration/taste" issues with the city water have been reported. City staff is attempting a system-wide fix to the problem and is also addressing complaints as reported in neighborhoods throughout town. It is important to note that tested water samples do not indicate a health issue with consumption of the water. To continue to address the problem, we ask citizens to report problems to the water treatment plant (723-1540) so those problems can be promptly addressed.
