Inmate Cleveland Roubideaux failed to show up at his work release job in Rapid City June 25.
Roubideaux, age 39, is serving two consecutive 5-year sentences for DWI 4th offense out of Pennington County.
He is Native American, 5-feet-9, 210 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.
The minimum-security units house an average of more than 1,000 inmates daily, with more than 700 of those inmates assigned to either work release or community service work. Nearly 200 of those inmates are on work release, including 53 in Rapid City.
