PRESS RELEASE: Warsaw man arrested on Class A Felony Child Molesting charges. 
On Thursday, June 27, 2013, Warsaw Police concluded a child molestation investigation with the arrest of a 40 year old Warsaw man. Joshua J. Surface was arrested on a warrant while walking on N. Lake Street in Warsaw, following an investigation involving Surface and a 10 year old girl. The investigation alleges that on several occasions since April 2013, Surface and the 10 year old girl had sexual encounters at a west side apartment, where Surface lived with the girl’s mother. Joshua J. Surface was booked into the Kosciusko County Jail on multiple Class A and Class C felony charges of Child Molesting. His bond was set at $100,000.00. Warsaw Police were assisted in their investigation by the Winona Lake Police Department, Indiana Department of Child Services, and the Kosciusko County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. Nothing further.
