At 545 p.m., National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated a severe thunderstorm capable of producing quarter size hail and damaging winds in excess of 60 mph. This storm was located 9 miles southwest of Franklin and moving northeast at 20 mph.
Instructions:
Do not come in contact with any downed wires, contact the fire department if you find any, also watch for fast rising waters.
