Severe Thunderstorm Watch #405 in effect for Clay County area thru 1 AM Wednesday July 10.

National Weather Service in Topeka has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Watch for Clay County and surrounding area until 1:00 AM Wednesday, July 10, 2013.

This Severe Thunderstorm Watch includes much of Central and North Central Kansas. Primary danger will be strong downburst winds and possible hail. Have several ways to receive severe weather warnings if they are issued.

A weather watch indicates the potential for severe or damaging weather conditions.
