Due to some people from out of the Village receiving free bottled water and attempting to sell it online, water pickup requires photo ID. There is also a limit as to how many cases one can pick up at a time. This may seem a bit much for bottled water but it is easiest measure to take to make sure the water we have in stock lasts until the boil water is lifted.
