Missing Child Located 
Shianne Serenity Lancaster, who was abducted by a family member has been located. Officers of the Kingsport Police Department,
working in conjunction with the Spindale Police Department and the NCSBI, Located the missing child at a residence in Kingsport Tennessee. She is unharmed and in excellent health.
The abductor, Kathleen Nicole Lancaster was taken into custody without incident. She is currently incarcerated and awaiting extradition back to North Carolina.
Shianne is in the custody of Tennessee Child Protective Services pending her return to North Carolina.
