South Spruce street Bridge Closed - The road is closed at East Walnut due to road flooding in the area of the bridge. 
South Spruce Street will remain closed after the water resceedes to determine the bridge safety. Mororists are asked to obey all road closed signs and do not drive through flooded roads.
