Missing elderly man from Harbor View Rd, S Burl. Cliffe Joel 80 yrs old, 5"5 180 glasses has dementia 
Cliffe Joel, age 80, was last seen at about 8:30 AM on 7/25/13 in the area of Pillsbury Manor South on Harbor View Rd in South Burlington. Mr. Joel is described as 5'5" tall, 180 lbs, wearing wire rimmed glasses. Mr. Joel has dementia and may have wandered to look at flowers on the roadside or in the woods. If located do not approach Mr. Joel call the police (846-4111 or 911) so that he does not become frightened. Clothing unknown but he frequently wears an orange shirt and dark blue shorts.
