Missing child - 22 month old

On Saturday, July 27th 2013 at approximately 4:00 PM Ms. Porsha Charlene Reeder (23 years old, black female) arrived at the Harbor Lakes apartment complex in Fairburn. Ms. Reeder was there for her supervised weekend visitation with her 22 month old son. The child’s father, Mr. Bruce David Roberts Jr., was present to supervise the visitation. Ms. Reeder took the child and left the complex. Mr. Roberts stated that when he called Ms. Reeder on her cell phone immediately after realizing they had left the area she refused to return the child.
Mr. Roberts indicated to police that Ms. Reeder has a history of drug abuse. Mr. Roberts indicated to police that he has primary physical custody of the child because Ms. Reeder has a history of the abandonment of their child as well as threatening to kill their child. Mr. Roberts indicated to police that Ms. Reeder has threatened to take their child from him at least once before. Mr. Roberts displayed a Gwinnett court order to police showing he has primary physical custody of the child.
Fairburn investigators are concerned about the child’s safety primarily due to Ms. Reeder’s history as described by Mr. Roberts. Ms. Reeder’s last known address was in Gwinnett County, however a current address is not known. She was last known to drive a black in color BMW. Warrants for Ms. Reeder’s arrest are pending.
Anyone with any information about the whereabouts of this child is asked to call 9-1-1.

Instructions:

Call 9-1-1 if the child is seen.
