In the early morning hours of August 15, 2013, 4 homes were entered through unlocked rear doors. Items within close proximity to these doors were taken, including the keys to 2 vehicles that were also stolen. These homes were in the East Old Town area, all within the 12200 block between Harlem and Oak Park Av.
Palos Heights residents are advised to please lock all home and vehicle doors to reduce the potential of becoming a victim. Also, please contact 911 if you have any possible offender information or if you observe any suspicious activity in your neighborhood.
