The Cannelton Police Department is releasing information about a recent crime/crime activity near your address.
On August 21 Patrolman Greg Linne of the Tell City Police Department and Chief of Police Lee Hall of the Cannelton Police Department responded to the wooded area near the Patio Steakhouse for a male subject that was found in the woods not acting right. After making contact with the male subject it was determined that the male had been "huffing paint".
Arrested was Franklin H. Campbell, 27 of Cannelton. Campbell was taken to the Perry County Jail and incarcerated for Inhaling Toxic Vapors, and Public Intoxication, both Class B Misdemeanors.
