Full Notification

The Marion Police Department arrested Donald Linger McCourry, 67 of Westwood Dr, Marion. On 08/19/2013 associates of Wal-Mart reported that McCourry was following children around in the store. According to the witnesses McCourry had been following around small children and placing his hands down the front of his pants and foundling himself. McCourry did not approach, touch, or speak to anyone while performing these acts. Sgt. Rick Gutierrez charged McCourry with one felony count of Indecent Liberty with a Child. McCourry was placed in the McDowell Co. jail under $25,000 secure bond.
