John W. Parkhurst, age 44, has not been seen since June 10, 2013. He was last spotted at an unknown motel on 40 Highway in Kansas City, Mo. Police have located the vehicle he was last known to be driving, but they have not found him. He has mental health issues, and his family is worried about him. Parkhurst is a white male who is 6 feet tall and weighs about 200 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes.
