Man Arrested For Soliciting Sexual Conduct From A Minor 
Enid Police officers arrested Hilbrand Pott, age 46, of Enid, Oklahoma yesterday.
The arrest was the result of an undercover online investigation by Sgt Dustin Albright that started on August 1st. Pott engaged in an online explicit and sexual conversation with a subject that he believed to be a 14 year old female. Pott was arrested at 1001 S. Oakwood Rd yesterday afternoon.
Pott was charged with Soliciting Sexual Conduct or Communication with a Minor by use of Technology. He is being held at the Garfield County Detention Facility without a bond.
