The National Weather Service in gray has issued a Flash Flood Watch from 8 PM EDT this evening through late Monday night several rounds of showers and thunderstorms are forecast through late Monday as a warm front moves north across the region.
Deep moisture is available and slow moving showers and thunderstorms are expected to increase in coverage and intensity tomorrow. Very high rainfall rates are likely with widespread totals of 1 to 2 inches and isolated higher amounts. Additional precipitation on top of recent rainfall may cause flash flooding.
