Franklin, TN – Investigators are asking for assistance identifying this man in a jewelry heist that occurred at Belk, 1800 Galleria Boulevard. At 10:30am on 08/27/2013, the thief pictured here placed more than $7,400 worth of jewelry in the pockets of his jacket and left the store without paying for the items. He was seen leaving in a white or silver minivan. Investigators believe he committed the same crime at a Belk store in Decatur, AL later that same day.
