On August 23, 2013 Patrolman Micah Jackson stopped a vehicle at 8th Street and Washington Street after observing the vehicle disregard a stop sign and stop light. During the course of the traffic stop, Jackson determined the male driver was intoxicated. The driver was taken to the Tell City Police Department where a certified chemical breath test was performed. The driver tested over the legal limit.
Arrested was Jeremy M Mitcham, 36 of Irvington, KY. Mitcham was incarcerated at the Perry County Jail on the following charge: Operating While Intoxicated, a Class A Misdemeanor.
