The Cannelton Police Department is releasing information about a recent crime/crime activity near your address.
On September 4, 2013 Patrolman Ryan Smith was dispatched to a single vehicle accident on Knight Street. Upon conducting the accident investigation it was determined that the driver was intoxicated. The driver was transported to the Tell City Police Department where a chemical breath test was administered. The driver tested over the legal limit. The driver was then incarcerated at the Perry County Jail.
Arrested was Cody A. Bolin, 23 of Cannelton. Bolin was charged with Operating While Intoxicated, a Class A Misdemeanor.
There were no injuries as a result of the accident.
