Brief Narrative of Incident:

On Saturday September 7, 2013 at approximately 7:25 a.m., a Cypress Police Officer conducted a parole compliance check at the Royal Inn, located at 6112 Lincoln Avenue. The subject of the compliance check was Jerry Laron Lewis, a registered sex offender, living at the motel. Upon entry into the motel room, the officer discovered a fifteen year old female in the room wearing only her underwear. The victim, who is an acquaintance of Lewis, admitted to having a consensual sexual relationship with Lewis over the past three months.

Lewis was charged with narcotics violations; as well as unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor, oral copulation with a minor, penetration by foreign object, and displaying pornography to a minor. Lewis is also being held on a parole hold.
