This afternoon’s storm knocked down a large, high voltage power line on Chestnut Ridge Road near Old Woods Road. A power outage is currently disrupting residents along Chestnut Ridge Road and local side streets. The utility company has been notified and has already assigned this incident a job number. No estimated time for repair has been provided to the Police Department. Any questions regarding this repair should be directed to the utility company.
