On September 18, 2013 at 3:15 pm the Santa Rosa Junior College Police Department received a report of a male suspect challenging people to fight outside Bertolini Hall. It was reported the suspect may be armed with a knife. Officers responded to the scene and located a male subject that matched the description of the suspect.
Officers conducted an investigation and arrested the suspect Giovanni Khuri, a 23 year old Rohnert Park resident for disturbing the peace on school grounds and violation of probation. During a search of the area officers found a knife lying on the ground near some bushes.
The suspect was booked into Sonoma County Jail.
