On Friday 09-21-2013, members of the Nash County Sheriff's Office Narcotics Division executed a search warrant on room # 225 at the Country Hearth Inn at307 Mosley Ct Rocky Mount, NC 27804. With the assistance of the Rocky Mount Police Department's Narcotics Division and the Edgecombe County Sheriff's Office Narcotics Division, the search warrant was able to be executed without incident and resulted in the arrest of two subjects and Heroin being seized.
Upon entry to the room Deputies encountered two female subjects in the room. A search of the room resulted in the seizure of 69 bindles of Heroin, several hypodermic needles, burnt spoons and $1,500 in US currency. A short time later a the male subject who was named in the search warrant returned to the motel and was taken into custody without incident.
THEODUS MOORE WEST (AKA Cee) was charged with Possession With Intent to Manufacture/Sell/Deliver HEROIN, MAINTAIN VEH/DWELL/PLACE FOR Controlled Substance, POSSESS DRUG PARAPHERNALIA and SIMPLE POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA. WEST is being held under a $52,500 secured bond.
REBECCA LYNN SKOWRONSKI was charged with Possession With Intent to Manufacture/Sell/Deliver HEROIN, MAINTAIN VEH/DWELL/PLACE FOR Controlled Substance and POSSESS DRUG PARAPHERNALIA. SKOWRONSKI is being held under a $30,000 secured bond.
