Street Paving planned Wed, Thurs, Fri this week.Perkins Row, Averill St, Pond St, and Linebrook Rd. Expect delays and road closures. 
The Topsfield Highway Dept will be paving a section of Perkins Row from Howlett Street to Ipswich Rd. and all of Averill Street beginning Wednesday Sept 25th at 7AM. This is a two day project. Expect road closures, detours and delays in the area of Steward School. Access Steward School via Winsor Lane. Updates will appear on the Topsfield Public Works FaceBook page.
