Details:
Concealed loaded firearm recovered-
On 09/28/13, approximately 1:10 PM, one of our patrol officers was driving in the 1200 block of Davis Street when they recognized a subject they knew had an outstanding arrest warrant. The officer stopped the subject and during the investigation they recovered a concealed loaded firearm from his waistband. The subject was arrested for the incident and transported to jail.
Suspect-Fernando Rodriguez, 59 year old male who resides in San Leandro.
Concealed loaded firearm recovered-
On 09/29/13, approximately 2:50 AM, one of our patrol officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop in the 1800 block of Marina Boulevard. During the investigation an illegal loaded firearm was recovered from the vehicle. Christopher Kahapea was arrested for the incident and transported to jail for the incident.
