WHY: On October 7, 2013, around 6 a.m., a 5-year-old boy was found near 73rd Street. and
Avalon Boulevard. The child is described as a male Hispanic. He stands 4 feet tall and weighs around 60 pounds. He has black hair, and brown eyes. He was found wearing a black Angry Bird T-shirt with blue jeans and dark colored tennis shoes. He may go by the name of Anthony or Antonio.
