26 year-old Grant James Valentine has been identified as the driver of the fatal Hit and Run collision that occurred this morning on Ventura Blvd and Gaviota Ave at approximately 12:15 AM. Valentine was booked for 20001(a) VC (Felony Hit and Run) at Van Nuys Jail. His bail was set at $50,000.
