Sexual Battery at Cypress College 
On Thursday evening, October 10, 2013 at approximately 8:00 pm, a female student attending Cypress College was walking on campus near the library when she was approached by an unknown suspect, described as a white male in his early twenties, 5’6’’, 150 pounds, brown hair, unshaven, wearing a light gray or blue shirt and dark pants. The suspect engaged the victim in conversation, at which time the victim attempted to walk away. The suspect then grabbed the victim and pulled her close to him, kissing her on the lips against her will. The victim again began to walk away, however the suspect again grabbed her and proceeded to kiss her again and fondle her breast. The suspect then fled the area westbound on foot.
Cypress Police detectives are investigating the case and are coordinating their investigation with Cypress College Campus Safety.
