Noise Advisory for Schofield Barracks area 
Residents in and around Wheeler Army Airfield may experience periodic increases in noise, 7 a.m.-5 p.m., Oct. 16, as a result of scheduled training exercises.
The training will include the use of artillery and .50-caliber simulators as well as blank small-arms ammunition.
Overcast conditions may increase noise and vibrations. Smoke may be visible for a short time; however, there is no immediate danger.
