On Saturday, 11/02/2013, FPD’s Traffic Unit will host Safety Day at Pinkerton Park, 405 Murfreesboro Road, from 11am – 2pm. Activities include hands-on demonstrations, a child car seat check-up station, and fingerprinting for kids. You’ll also get to tour on-site vehicles like our Incident Command Bus, Critical Incident Response Unit, police cars, police motorcycles, a fire truck, and an ambulance.
Come out and talk teen driving, distracted driving, DUI, and child passenger safety with the pros who know. Vanderbilt’s LifeFlight helicopter is scheduled to land in the park at 11:00am
