TOWNSHIP ORDINANCE

4-7.3 Halloween Curfew.

It shall be unlawful for any person to solicit any gifts or treats from any of the residents or business establishments of the Township after 10:00 p.m. on the day commonly known as Halloween or on such occasions known or referred to as trick-or-treat or mischief nights. (1974 Code § 90-1)

4-7.4 Parental Responsibility on Halloween Night.

It shall be unlawful for any parent or legal guardian of any child under the age of eighteen (18) to allow or permit such child to solicit any gifts or treats from any of the residents or business establishments of the Township after 10:00 p.m. on the day commonly known as Halloween or on such occasions known or referred to as trick-or-treat or mischief nights, or permit to be or remain upon any street, alley or other public or quasi-public place in the Township.
