Partial road closure - Chaska Blvd at State Street. Police are on scene of an accident and have closed the eastbound lane. 
Chaska police and fire departments are on the scene of a crash involving a pedestrian at Chaska Blvd (Carver County Road 61) and State St. Traffic is slowed in the area as the eastbound lane is closed. Investigation will take some time. This is not Halloween/trick-or-treat related.
