Police are seeking Ryan Cobbins, age 25. He has not been seen since October 24 near 27th and Benton. He was driving an orange Camaro with black stripes. It has Missouri license plates SD3-H3E.
Cobbins is a black male who is 6 feet tall and weighs about 300 pounds.
