“The Eustis Police Department has received complaints from local residents complaining about vehicles speeding on East Crooked Lake Drive.
A recent traffic survey showed a significant number of vehicles exceeding the 25 mph posted speed limit by more than 10 mph.
During the next 30 days, the Eustis Police Department will be conducting targeted traffic enforcement on East Crooked Lake Drive.
Motorist are reminded the current fine for driving 10-14 mph over the posted speed limit is $206.00; 15-19 mph, $256.00.
As the Holiday Season approaches, the Eustis Police Department encourages motorist to drive safely and watch their speed; if they don’t, the Eustis Police Department will.”
