Tornado Watch in effect until 8pm tonight 
The National Weather Service has issued a Tornado Watch for Livingston County until 8:00pm tonight. A line of severe thunderstorms is expected to be in and around Livingston County after 5:00pm. Sustained winds of 30mph with gusts of over 55mph will accompany this storm.
