On November 25, 2013 at approximately 1:27 a.m., the Los Banos Police Department responded to an apartment in the 1100 Block of San Luis Street after receiving a 911 call from a male reporting he had been attacked.
When Officers arrived, they located a 57-year-old male suffering from a head injury. The victim was not able to provide many details however an investigation led Officers to believe the male was attacked after letting a friend into his residence.

The victim was air lifted to a Fresno area hospital. He has been released and is recovering from his injuries. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact Detective Justin Melden at (209) 827-7070 ext. 114.
