Eastern Greene...Eastern Rensselaer...Eastern Ulster...Western Columbia...Western dutchess...Western Greene and Western Ulster. In Southern Vermont...Bennington...Eastern Windham and Western Windham.

* Moderate to heavy rainfall will occur across the Flood Watch area Wednesday morning into the afternoon. Total rainfall amounts will Range from 1 to 3 inches with locally higher amounts of 4 inches of so in The Eastern catskills...Berkshires...And Litchfield County Connecticut.
* Urban and Poor drainage flooding is expected along with some flooding of smaller streams and creeks...Which May overflow their Banks.
* Main Stem Rivers will have some significant within bankfull rises...But a Few Stems May have some Minor flooding such as the hoosic River Basin.
