Police are seeking 55-year-old Lesa Santoro, who was last seen at 11 a.m. today. She left on foot from the 1300 block of E. 61st Street. She has mental health issues.
Ms. Santoro is a white female who is about 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing about 130 pounds. She has brown hair and eyes and was last seen wearing an orange jacket with red scarf.
