Help FPD Catch Two Thieves

Franklin, TN – Investigators need your help identifying these women who were caught stealing from the Cool Springs Target store, 1701 Galleria Boulevard. At 5:30pm on Saturday, 11/23/2013 the dark-haired woman cut a cellphone package from a locking display tab, and then pushed their cart to a different isle, where she then concealed it inside her purse. The next day, at 7:30pm, this thief returned to the store to commit the same crime using the same method. She was believed to have been wearing a wig during the second theft. The two phones are valued at $700 combined. The blond woman is believed to be her accomplice. The two were seen leaving in black large SUV, possibly a Cadillac Escalade.
