Public Awareness and Assistance Needed

The Dallas Police Department is investigating three incidents where four juvenile females have been approached by a suspicious Black male. Two of the incidents occurred on November 11, 2013, the third occurred on December 2, 2013.

In one of the incidents that occurred on November 5, 2013, the Department has determined an Indecency with a Child by exposure took place in the 3000 W. Wheatland at approximately 7:30 am. The suspect in this incident is described as a Black male, 30 to 40 years of age, dark complexion, thin build, approximately 6’, short black hair, and a beard. This suspect was driving a black 4 door vehicle with a silver/chrome back bumper and 2 horizontal silver lines/striping down both sides of the doors.

In the second incident on the same date, two juvenile females were approached in the 4800 block of Village Fair at approximately 8:00 am where they were followed by a suspicious black male who alarmed them. The two juveniles ran from the location. No criminal offense was identified.

In the incident that recently occurred on December 2, 2013, a juvenile female was approached by a suspicious Black male in the 3700 Kimballdale at approximately 8:00 am, who attempted to speak to her. Being fearful, the complainant ran from the location and the suspect chased her on foot for a short distance before fleeing in his vehicle. The juvenile was unharmed.

The description of the suspect and vehicle in the last two incidents is a Black male, 25 – 30 years of age, light complexion, short hair, clean shaven, and tall. The vehicle description is black new looking 4 door car, no front plate, silver/chrome grill, silver/chrome around the windows, possibly an Acura.
