A male and female enter a store in the area of Mountain Ave. and 8th Street in the City of Upland. The male steals a displayed, white Galaxy Note cell phone valued at $750. The female is described as a 25 year old Hispanic, 5’0”, 120 lbs. The male is also Hispanic, 30 years old, 5’7”, 210 lbs. No vehicle was seen.
