At approximately 2:33pm, our department received a 911 call in reference to a possible suicidal subject that had locked themselves in their room in the 9400 BLK of Oak Hill Dr. When officers arrived on scene, they made entry into the residence and became aware that the suspect did have a shot gun in the room with him. Woodway SWAT members along with McLennan County Sheriff's SWAT team arrived on scene to negotiate with the suspect. After approximately 4 hours, Kirk Lee Hesse (48) was taken into custody without incident
