--Burglary Update—(12/6/13)

Two suspects responsible for the recent burglaries in town are currently in custody. We have been able to recover almost all of the items stolen from our burglaries and we are optimistic that as the case continues to develop we may recover the remaining items. We will release more information about the suspects and charges in the near future. Please continue to take necessary precautions to secure your residences especially when traveling for the holidays.

Also there have been reports of male subjects in a Dodge pickup stealing scrap metal from properties in surrounding communities. The Kensington Police Department has not received any reports of similar activity but they have been confirmed to be operating as closely as Hampton Falls. Please call the Kensington Police Department to report any suspicious activity immediately by Calling 911 or 772-2929.
